Outstanding Pediatric Care for Over 30 Years

We have been bringing both of our kids here since they were born. It's easy to get a same day appointment. Have been happy with every dr/np we have seen.

Dr. Vikram Mali is very professional and always takes his time answering all my questions. We have been with his office for over five years now and couldn’t be more satisfied. The receptionist I spoke to today, Sandra, was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Mali to anyone looking for a kind, caring and compassionate pediatrician.

Love Dr. Mali and the staff here! We appreciate that we aren't rushed during appointments with our baby and can ask all our questions. He is such a caring doctor and always has great advice to give. Highly recommend!

Every provider we see is caring and thorough. Their flexible hours and punctuality make juggling work and appointments as easy as one could hope for. Whenever one of my kids is sick, they get us in same day. I will never forget our first appointment where we saw Dr. Byrd, and it felt like a family member stopped by with a hot meal, did a load of laundry, and told you to take a nap.

Always able to get in when my child is sick within a few hours. Using the patient portal to ask questions or update the doctor or nurse practitioner about continuing systems is amazing. I often get a response within an hour or less.

Wow. Newer patient to this practice and I have never been so blown away by a Doctor and practice in general. Have had nice doctors before with my now 3 children, as you should hope for from a pediatrician, but Dr Mali… is the most sincere, thorough, genuine doctors I have come across. Gives you his thoughts on subjects when asked, backed with medical knowledge but never pushy. He genuinely wants to know what’s going on in his practice and takes the time really, really know and understand his patients. The staff is always accommodating and will get you an appointment quickly. So happy we are here.

I don’t know where to begin praising Mali and Mali pediatrics. We’ve been with them for over 8 years now and have nothing but exceptional service. The staff are all super nice and kind, and the doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and caring. They have rooms separate sick and well visit which gives me a peace of mind there is less chance for my kiddos to be exposed to unnecessary germs. It is really easy to schedule an appointment whether for well or sick visit. Portal messages are typically replied within hours. They really went above and beyond for their patients. There is one time I left a portal message asking a medical question and the email alert went thru my junk mail so I never checked the reply. Dr. Mali had his the staff call me to confirm that I read the message and my baby was ok since then. For an extremely busy doctor like Dr. Mali, he still find time to make sure the portal message is opened and read. This is just impressive and beyond responsible. We love Mali and Mali!

Every doctor we’ve seen here has been friend and helpful. Absolutely love the patient portal. I had questions about my daughters umbilical stub that I submitted (with a picture) and for a response plus a follow up call. As first time parents we feel very supported here and are thankful for the entire team. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

Dr. Mali understands parents' concerns and provides a few recommendations/options to approach to the issue, and not only one you need to settle with. Other doctors are always available and quite caring too. Most things can be done on their patient portal and convenient.

My last visit here with my son for his physical was awful. I would have given lower stars, but the receptionist I spoke with today was very helpful, and I generally do have better visits, so I went middle of the road of my review. One thing I'm really sick of is constant change in care. I don't think any one doctor stays for a year, and it's frustrating to have a different doctor every time. The medical assistant was very rude, and I made sure I let her know so hopefully she can do better. My next visit was much better and I had no further issues.
